IPQT : International Project Quotation Tool   Implement quote management on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment by using SAP CAP and SAP UI5, to integrate separated small systems and replace excel file based manual work process. It implements a system to manage quote lifecycle and overview. From retrieving lead customer data over world from C4C to create a new quote, importing products and their technical documentation data from another SAP BTP application, calculation, validation, generating the proposal report with currency conversion for customer, final response from the lead and a list to get the overview of all quotes.

Shopware 6 application

PAI’s goal is to automate the creation of Shopware 6 demo applications from real customer storefront data. It uses AI-driven agents and workflow orchestration (n8n) to generate and sync demo environments.  The project uses python based MCP servers (e.g., `mcp-shopware`, `mcp-web`, `mcp-platformsh`, `mcp-infiscal`, `mcp-github`, and `mcp-context7`) run as Docker services and provide tool APIs used by workflows and agents.

SCODA: Service Condition and Order Documentation Application SCODA is software solution for the structured collection of technical customer and product requirements in order to find or design the most suitable EagleBurgmann product. Technically the whole SCODA project consists of multipe services. These services are organized in different subfolders inside this Repo and consist of a backend part and if relevant, of a frontend part. The frontend layers are based on SAP Fiori and developed as web applications. The backend layers are based on SAP CAP using Node.js with primary focus on domain logic.

Data Exchange Between Suppliers and Retailers: Retailers will receive product data from their suppliers for resale. The portal must facilitate this exchange effectively. Challenge: Smaller and medium-sized retailers often lack leverage to request data in their preferred format. The portal must provide a tool that encourages the delivery of data in the correct format.

We implemented an AI generic classification engine, capable of using customer-specific parameters and unstructured text as inputs. It extracts information and classifies it according to customer-specific rules. It can be used to augument and scale complex processes where decisions have to be made. To handle unstructured text, including HTML tags and formatting, we utilized the LangChain framework, Google APIs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, vector databases and AI Large Language Model APIs. These tools help convert unstructured user data into structured information based on customer-specific needs. The engine is designed to classify any kind of data in written form, utilizing customer-specific definitions, dictionaries, and rules. Additionally, we developed an automated testing framework for statistical analysis, enabling efficient comparison of various solution iterations on a large scale.

This system is integrating with vector databases, enabling the addition of documents and information to refine its performance. The chatbot is designed for high customization, allowing for continuous improvement and personalization based on evolving customer requirements and interactions.

Our team developed a solution for mapping and classifying job offers using Artificial Intelligence.  Handling unstructured text, including HTML tags and formatting, we employed the Langchain framework, Google APIs, vector databases and the OPEN AI API  to convert raw data into structured information, capturing job descriptions, qualifications, and employment types. Additionally, we designed an automated testing framework for statistical analysis, enabling efficient comparison of various solution iterations on a large scale.

We implemented an AI engine for reliability scoring and self-checking of AI agent decisions. This engine evaluates the decisions made by itself or another AI agent using customer-specific defined matching criteria and rules. The result is a reliability score, which we can further refine with human feedback and corrections. To achieve this, we used the LangChain framework, vector databases, and conducted research into models of reliability calculations. These tools and methodologies provide a robust foundation for accurately assessing the reliability of decisions made by AI agents. By integrating mechanisms for human feedback, we ensure the continuous improvement of the reliability scoring process, making it highly responsive to the specific needs and standards of our customers.

Dedicated project for end to end, requirements based, end customer testing project for a complex e-commerce, business to business platform in the Biotec / Healthcare industry.  The testing was organized in a structured, requirements based part, an exploratory testing part and a finally a UI/UX analysis.   The testcases and guides for exploratory tests were based on the general test contept and strategy of the e-commerce project, which is also aided by data driven automated tests.  Testers were grouped by different variations (browsers, viewports and operating systems) and functional focus (E-Commerce workflows, Content Management workflows), feedback, reporting and defect management was routed into the e-commerce development project.

B2B E-commerce solution for a company producing mechanical seals, packings and gaskets. The project was started on SAP Commerce 2011.6 with Spartacus 3.4.1. Features : Headless architecture with SSO login (SAML with SAP IDP), SAP CPI based IDoc/OData communication, responsive UI. Product scale is around c.a. 800k. The first rollout was done 17.11.2021 in Germany. Additional rollout is planned for Austria, Italy in 2022.

Platform for creating and managing VMs on docker containers. The application consists of multiple nodes and one managing instance, that allows the user to create a new VM from a default image specifying different attributes of the VM, like CPUs, memory, GPUs and storage. The platform also managed users and permissions. Also, it communicated directly with the docker VM, being able to send files, execute commands and retrieve hardware information.

The PunchOut operation was designed to simplify the B2B ordering process. It allows a buyer to shop a supplier's online catalog and save the items selected for purchase as a requisition in the its procurement system. The term "PunchOut" refers to how the buyer leaves their procurement system to access the supplier site.  The OCI (Open Catalog Interface) format is typically used by SAP systems and defines the field mapping between the supplier's catalog and the SAP system.

Mercedes Benz Accessories implemented a Hybris based solution for the car dealers and end-customers.  It enables for navigating the product updates and online download of the new software components. The features include the integration with external system and data providers, e.g. for geographical applications like navigation services (Garmin, ...) and the internal management of the products. The system allows for the registration of new customer devices. Dx is a software analysis tool that detects risks and quality issues in software systems. The application supported around 3 Millions of Products on the production server and provided solr search for a customized itemtype with 3.8 Million scale. Employing highly standardized open-source technologies, it is scalable, flexible and can be expanded at any time. It also meets the highest industry standards and best practices in terms of privacy, security and compliance, including CSA, NIST and OWASP, while cybersecurity ensures end-to-end data privacy. Applications combine complex processes of the machine in a technological overall picture for decision making. By monitoring various parameters of machines and by raising warn and alarm signals indicating large deviations of the setpoints, false dosages and side effects can be minimised. To monitor the machine from different points of view, different types of diagrams are created to control machine performance. Tabs can be created in the tool for different areas of the machine to obtain a synoptic view of the machine. Each type of diagram offers different functionality.

Predicting emissions of Mercedes-Benz global vehicle fleet   CO2 Fleet is a web application to predict global vehicle emissions based on Daimler’s sales forecast over the upcoming years.  Engine improvements for different markets are planned based on the evaluation of pollution regulations in each market and by comparing these against the sales forecast. Easy to read reports enable Mercedes-Benz to align the future development of their fleet, as well as to manage and optimize their sales plan. The application integrates vehicle data by interfacing with various Daimler engineering systems, while the performance indicators employed can be customized with user-defined formulas.

ILEAN IPA2 represents the base services ( ILEAN ) & data management distribution. The infrastructure facilitates the transfer of software packages from central BMW to the car dealers. This includes firmware updates for automotive controllers, end-user applications for aftersales activities & any other software packages required by dealers. Our team's work included: - Development on Zentral (cockpits for dealers) - Interfacing between several external systems - Ticket management / Dealer troubleshooting and providing customized solutions - Development process - Kanban and Scrum - Frontend development using jQuery and JS - Backend development - providing a REST interface to the webapplication. 3 tier arhitecutre - JEE6 deployd on glassfish3 - Guaranteeing unit-test coverage for all developted features. Metasonic AG provides the unique process platform Metasonic® Suite for subject-orientied BPM (Business Process Modelling). This toolset includes graphical modelling, validation of process models and execution of process models.  It is implemented in Java EE and provides a complex API and an (ESB) for the integration of legacy of customers via well-defined interfaces. The project focuses on the implementation of templates for customizing the processes with specific behavior and for defining specific interfaces to enter- prise data systems.

Redesign of the Semantic Middleware GIN-Server based on a highly scalable Java EE Architecture with Big Data Processing in the backend. The performance of the previous release had to be improved (performance tweaking). The main focus was on the GIN Server's migration from Lucene to ElasticSearch. A set of failover tests were performed on an ElasticSearch cluster.

COBIS - Corporate Business Information System for BMW  COBIS is the COrporate Business Information System of BMW, provided to 10.000+ users The business services provide data analysis for parts retail, after sales services, new and used vehicle sales, accounting, reporting and support for the internal bonus systems, marketing planning, dealer KPI cockpit, master data management, KPI monitoring, service reporting, analysis and dealer review, dealer action tools, reporting on trainings, and many more. The system provides a platform for 10.700 employees of car dealers and is hosting 35 applications within about 400 modules. The content repository (CMS) was partly based on CQ5  (forms, pages, layouts, publishing), with a custom frame definition provided by the BMW.digital project. General scope: automotive Web site, car configuration, customer GUI and customer administration.
